Nick Baumgartner Fundraiser

$20.00

Olympic champion Nick Baumgartner is a proud UP-er, hailing from Iron River, Michigan, where he pours concrete when he’s not snowboarding, calling himself the #BlueCollarOlympian. He won his first Olympic medal in 2022, when he and Lindsey Jacobellis captured the gold medal in the inaugural team event race and became the oldest Olympic snowboarding medalist in history. It was his fourth Olympics.

Baumgartner has also earned a myriad of World Cup podiums, has two World Championship medals and two medals in the X Games.

In addition to being an Olympian, he was a state champion hurdler and wrestler and an All-State football player. In the off season, Nick enjoys spending time with his son Landon.

He recently came out with his memoir, Gold From Iron, describing his path from Michigan’s Iron Range to the top step at the Olympic Games.
