Ski Brule 2013/14 brochure cover girl Georgie Rae is competing for the U.P. Championship Rodeo Queen title. This isn’t your typical queen title. Along with the typical pageant speeches and modeling & extemporaneous question, these ladies compete in horsemanship as well. Georgie Rae’s love of horses has been a life long passion. Competing with her father in team events, barrel races and more. This summer she’s sharing this love with local children by giving horseback riding lessons. We’d love to have you visit during the Rodeo and cheer Georgie Rae!

- 10am – WIC library – Used Book Sale & Historic Western Photos, BAKE SALE and Coffee from the Bearded Apple
- 1pm – Miss U.P. Rodeo Pageant speeches and modeling & Extemporaneous Questions – in rotunda (upper fairgrounds)
- 2:30pm – Miss U.P. Rodeo Horsemanship – Arena Fairgrounds
- 3pm – 8pm – Family Fun Night – Kids Games, & Live Music featuring “Lovin Country” and special guest “Ginny Benson”
SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2014
- 8am – 4th Annual Windsor Rodeo Run – Registration
- 8-11:30 am – Pancake Breakfast – Iron River Senior Center
- 9am – 3pm – Art Round-up at the Windsor Center on U.S. 2- on the lawn and in the gym
- 10am – Wild West Parade – Downtown Iron River (new route due to road construction) Registration begins at 8am corner of 4th and Franklin
- 11am – Brat Feed at Angeli Foods & Brat Feed at VFW Post 3134
- 12pm – Rodeo Arena Gates Open
- 1pm – Pre-Rodeo Entertainment
- 2pm – 1st RODEO PERFORMANCE
- 5pm – Rodeo Gates Open
- 7pm – 2nd RODEO PERFORMANCE (Tough Enough To Wear Pink!)
- 9pm – Foot Stompin’ Street Dance Featuring “ Downtown Iron River, next to VFW post 3134
