Rental Center Equipment Technicians Apply Now
Help guests start their day with equipment that fits properly and gets them ready for the slopes. Rental Center Equipment Technicians assist with skis, snowboards, boots and other rental equipment.
This position can be fast-paced during busy arrival times and requires attention to detail, a helpful personality and a commitment to proper equipment procedures. Training and binding certification are provided.

Cashiers Apply Now
If you enjoy meeting people, this isn’t your typical cashier job! Our cashiers get to interact with guests who are excited to ski, snowboard, shop and enjoy their vacation. Cashier opportunities may be available in the Rental Center, Bear’s Den Pro Shop, Food & Beverage and Guest Services.
We’re looking for friendly people who enjoy helping others and working as part of a team. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Housekeepers Apply Now
Help us make our guests feel at home! Ski Brule manages a variety of lodging properties, from studios and condos to larger Northwoods lodges. Housekeeping responsibilities may include preparing beds, restocking towels, vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, cleaning windows and getting each property ready to welcome its next guests. If you enjoy staying active, working independently and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.

Ski & Snowboard Instructors Apply Now
Love skiing or snowboarding? Get paid to share it with someone else?
Ski Brule is looking for ski and snowboard instructors for a variety of ability levels. Flexible opportunities may be available for one day a week, two days a week or more. You don’t have to be an expert to get started. We’ll train qualified applicants to teach beginner lessons and help new skiers and snowboarders discover how much fun winter can be.
Lodging Office & Guest Services Apply Now
Are you the person who loves helping others plan a great vacation? You may be a perfect fit for our Lodging Office or Guest Services team. These positions are often a guest’s first interaction with Ski Brule. Team members answer phone calls and emails, assist with reservations, explain resort activities and help guests find the information they need.
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing and helpful people who enjoy making guests feel welcome from the very beginning.
Bartenders Apply Now
The Brule Saloon offers a fun, relaxed Northwoods atmosphere with beautiful views of the slopes, a fireplace, evening dining and entertainment on select weekends. Bartenders prepare and serve beverages while also helping with stocking, cleaning, garnishes and keeping the bar ready for guests. It’s a great fit for someone who is outgoing, motivated, dependable and comfortable working in both busy and slower-paced environments.
Bear’s Den Pro Shop Sales Apply Now
Love ski gear—or want to learn more about it? Help guests find everything from their next pair of skis to goggles, apparel and accessories at the Bear’s Den Pro Shop. Previous ski and snowboard retail experience isn’t always necessary. We’ll help you learn about the products so you can confidently assist guests in finding the gear that’s right for them.
Snowmaking Apply Now
Help us make winter happen! Our snowmaking crew is a hardworking team responsible for creating the snow that gets Ski Brule’s season started and keeps the mountain covered. Snowmaking is physically demanding outdoor work that may include 12-hour shifts, cold temperatures, moving snowmaking hose and handling power cords and equipment around the mountain.
Day and night shifts may be available. If you’re dependable, enjoy physical outdoor work and like being part of a close-knit crew, snowmaking could be for you.
Food & Beverage Apply Now
Love working around food and people? Ski Brule’s Food & Beverage team serves everything from quick lunches to evening meals. Daytime food service may include sandwiches, soups, chili, salads and appetizers, while evening dining can include steak, pasta, Friday Fish Fry and more.
Positions may be available in food preparation, cooking, cashiering and guest service.
Lift Operations Apply Now
If like to spend the workday outside, consider joining our Lift Operations team. Lift operators help guests safely load and unload lifts, monitor lift areas and provide friendly assistance throughout the day. You’ll spend plenty of time outdoors while helping keep the mountain running safely and smoothly.
