New Runs are Opening!

Finally! It is such a relief to know that winter is starting to slowly trickle in. As of today, we have 9 runs open, and 4 more are projected to open within the week! That would make it 13 of 17 runs open daily! I can’t believe that it has taken this long for winter to arrive. It is absurd to think that it is in late December and there has been only one day in the single digits, here in the UP. Just a couple years ago a day in the single digits would have been considered a warm day, weird to think that.

Anyway, I CANNOT WAIT for the new runs to open. It’s been way too long and all of you have been so patient. Mother Nature has been playing tricks on us and she is now starting to settle down. Many people have been asking about Homestead and it is so close to being open. Once that opens, it will finally start to feel like normal here. The mountain crew is working relentlessly and doing their best to battle the crazy weather. Snow is in the horizon. Have a great day everyone!
