What a season so far! Lots of natural snow has make conditions epic! One of the best ‘perks’ as staff at Ski Brule is being able to go skiing when the lifts are technically not open for skiing. (LOL) It’s the greatest actually. Yesterday’s sunshine called Colt & I to the slopes after school. Picture perfect! Colt took me down a woods trail that he wants to cut into a new woods trail for 23/24! Got to love the ambition in this 9 year old! After following him through the woods … he’s right! It would be a fun new trail. What do you think?
And don’t worry about the temps in the 30’s this weekend, except to bring suntan lotion! Temps are well below freezing every night which means very little snow loss. Ski Brule WILL be riding well into April. A warm up in February or March is always expected which is why we pile on extra snow during snowmaking so Mother Nature can shine and not impact the snow. Only impact will be on positive vibes from the sunshine, nice temps and fun times!
