Last night was a great night of Michigan Snowmaking!  At the bottom of the ski hill at Ski Brule the snowmaking crew made 4.5 feet of snow …but only 8 inches at the top of the mountain.  Inverse temperatures always occur at Ski Brule during the fall.  The temperatures at the top of Ski Brule resort are as much as 10 degrees difference!  Snowmaking temperatures look marginal overnight.  Better get out and do your cold weather dance because Ski Brule would like to turn on the Big Bear chairlift on November 8!  Actually, sooner if possible!  Don’t forget, FREE Tickets on the first day of the 2013/14 season!

Thanksgiving and holiday lodging is filling quickly!  Best to call 800-362-7853 sooner than later to be sure you find exactly what your group is looking for.  Photos of Pioneer Lodge is be available soon.  The final remodel touches are happening.  You are going to like what you see!
