What happened? Summer again? Temps in the high 80’s. What a change from last week but since the snow won’t stick until October, I’m ok with another heat wave. It means more time for waterskiing and wakeboarding!
The crew at Ski Brule are busy bees gearing up for the season. Lots of prep work happens before the first sound of the lifts this fall. This weekend is the Ski Brule National Ski Patrol Refresher. The Ski Brule Ski Patrol refreshes their skills yearly at this educational event. Did you know the patrollers volunteer their time at Ski Brule to make your day on snow safe? Next time you see a patroller on the slopes, remember to thank them for their volunteer services … they do it for the love of the sport and the opportunity to help others. A ‘thank you’ means so much to these folks.
