New Year’s Eve Dinner & Party at Ski Brule

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Ski Brule with a full day of skiing, live music, dinner, night skiing, Olympic gold medalist Nick Baumgartner, a torchlight parade and fireworks over the mountain!

Ride With Nick Baumgartner

Take to the slopes with Olympic gold medalist Nick Baumgartner, whose incredible journey began right here at Ski Brule!

Nick will be on the mountain from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, followed by an autograph and book signing at 2:00 PM in the Main Lodge. He will return at 9:00 PM to lead the New Year’s Eve Torchlight Parade down Big Bear Trail.

Additional Ride With Nick dates are December 27 and 29, 2026.

Live Music & New Year’s Eve Celebration

Pink Violin Band | 2:00–5:00 PM
Brule Saloon

Grab a drink, relax with friends and enjoy live music from the Pink Violin Band right at the Main Lodge.

The music may end at 5:00 PM, but the celebration does not! The Brule Saloon will be serving all night and will remain open until legal closing time. It is the place to be this New Year’s Eve!

• Adults ages 18+: $24
• Juniors ages 10–17: $21
• Kids ages 9 and under: $11

Dinner tickets must be purchased by 3:00 PM on December 31 at Bear’s Den, Guest Services or the Lodging Office.

Torchlight Parade & Fireworks

9:00 PM | Big Bear Trail

End the evening with one of Ski Brule’s most memorable holiday traditions! Watch the mountain glow as Nick Baumgartner leads the Torchlight Parade down Big Bear Trail, followed by a spectacular fireworks display over the mountain. End the night at the Brule Saloon with your favorite beverage.

From skiing and live music to dinner, fireworks and celebrating with an Olympic gold medalist, New Year’s Eve at Ski Brule is an event the entire family will remember!
