Our popular specialty meals are the Friday Night Fish Fry, and the Saturday Night Homestead BBQ Dinner. These are so yummy, you’ll want to plan to be there! Brule Café:
Open 8:00-4:30 when lifts operate, start your day right with made to order breakfast (mid-week), or pick up a breakfast sandwich to start your day off right. Lunch options include burgers, brats, fries, cheese curds, salad, pasties, soup, chili and Brule Cafe’ has several ‘healthy options’ too!
Hillside Evening Dining:
Looking for a great dining experience? Look no further then the Hillside Dining room at the Brule Saloon, serving at 5:00 P.M. with early & late season hours that vary. Dinner menu includes steak, pasta, salad, burgers, wraps and Ski Brule’s Up North Style Fish Fry on Friday evenings.
Up North Style Fish Fry
Join us for our Friday night Fish Fry! A local favorite. Enjoy deep fried cod, French fries or mashed potatoes, cole slaw and a dinner roll. Served from 5-8.
Typically Hillside Evening Dining is available Thursday-Saturday, nightly 12/24-1/5, 1/19, 2/16 and Saturday-Sunday in April (while still open for the snow season).

Brule Saloon:
Open daily from 5pm to 8pm, the Brule Saloon serves a selection of hot and cold beverages with the best views of the slopes. Late night munchies are also available at Brule Saloon.

Homestead Lodge:
The mid mountain Homestead Lodge is a unique stop to grab a bite to eat, relax and warm up. Built in the 1800’s and decorated with antiques, the Homestead Lodge at Ski Brule is a ‘must visit’ on your Michigan vacation. Homestead Lodge is accessible during the day from Homestead Trail and North Forty Trails. Open 9-4:00 Thursday through Sunday (target opening 12/14), 12/26-1/5, 1/20, 2/17, and may vary early season, late season and due to weather.
The scent of outdoor grilling fills the air that surrounds the Homestead Lodge, where grilled sandwiches, soup, chili, snacks, hot and cold beverage and sweets are served. Restrooms are also available at the mid mountain Homestead Lodge.
The lodge also features an all you can eat barbecue dinner on Saturday nights, 12/26, 12/28, 12/30, from 5:00-8:00 pm that can’t be missed! Early season & late season BBQ dinners will be held at Brule Saloon. BBQ dinner tickets can be purchased at Lodging, Bear’s Den Pro Shop & Guest Services. $19 Adult, $15 Junior, $11 Kids & Family $82 (includes 2 adults & up to 4 children ages 17 & under).
