Give a local child the opportunity to experience the excitement, confidence and lifelong memories that come from learning to ski at Ski Brule.

For only $50 per child, community members and businesses can sponsor a student’s participation in the WYKON Friday Night Ski Program. Each sponsorship gives a child access to all six Friday-night sessions and includes:

  • A Ski Brule season pass
  • Ski lessons during the first three Fridays
  • Ski rental equipment
  • Games and racing
  • Six evenings of outdoor fun, learning and confidence-building

Participants are welcome to arrive at the Ski Brule Rental Center directly after school.

Sponsor a Child for $50

You do not need to have a child participating in the program to make a difference. Parents, grandparents, community members and local businesses are all invited to sponsor one or more children for $50 each.

A single sponsorship can introduce a child to a sport they may enjoy for the rest of their life. Sponsorship opportunities are limited, and every donation directly helps make this program accessible to more local students.

Snowboard Participation

Students who already know how to snowboard are welcome to participate. Please note that snowboard lessons are not available through this program.

Volunteer Opportunities

Parents, aunts, uncles, guardians and older siblings are encouraged to volunteer. You do not need to be an experienced skier—you simply need to be willing to help supervise participants and make sure every child has a safe and memorable evening.

Volunteers receive a complimentary lift ticket and rental equipment on the evenings they assist. Help is also appreciated from volunteers who cannot ski but are comfortable supervising children on the snow.

An Experience That Lasts Beyond the Program

Participating children receive a Ski Brule season pass, allowing them to continue building their skills and enjoying time on the slopes. Students may also receive specially priced $15 ski rentals when presenting their qualifying Ski Brule program season pass.
