"Our family has been coming to Ski Brule since 1966! My kids have grown up on your mountain and look forward to our trip every year! Our 'family' has grown to include several people that are "privileged" to be part of our Ski Brule weekend! And I can't tell you how many times we have bumped into people from all over who, when we mention Ski Brule, they say they have been there and feel the same way we do!" ~ Ellie

Homestead Lodge is a special place at Ski Brule. A restored 1880's homestead is located partway down Homestead Trail and accessible during day lift operation. Much of the original aged log structure remains with antique photographs and farm implements telling stories of days gone by. The Homestead Lodge is a unique place to feast on a grilled burger, while taking in the views as skiers go by or a warm up by one of the antique pot belly stoves.

Our Homestead Lodge features an all you care to eat barbecue dinner on Thursday and Saturday nights. The dinner features an all you care to eat barbecue dinner, complete with entertainment, dancing and, of course, the family favorite Homestead Sing-A-Long. A complimentary sleigh will bring you to the Homestead Lodge from the bottom of Homestead Trail during the BBQ (5-8:00). The Homestead BBQ is a great deal too! It's $40* for a family BBQ ticket and individual BBQ tickets are $12 adults, $8 junior and $5 kids. Dinner tickets are available at Bear's Den Pro Shop, Guest Services, Lodging Office and at Homestead Lodge.

Another "can't miss" at the BBQ is Homestead Tubing, available 5:00-8:00. An unlimited tubing pass is $4 and FREE to guests of Brule Village Lodging on Thursday nights with nightly activity pass. Homestead Tubing is traditional tubing (no tube tow) and it's suited for all ages.
